Say no excuse to exercise

·

The word ‘exercise’ is not new to anyone, but in reality, no one wants to do it. You may have tons of excuses to say no to exercise. But believe me, none of these excuses are going to save you from lifestyle diseases or a scattered mind. These excuses originate from your laziness, nothing else.

Engaging in activities is essential for the human body to maintain its functionality. Many internal organs thrive when there is active movement throughout the day. This is because the body you possess today has adapted to sustained movement through evolution, thanks to the active lifestyles of your ancestors!

The aim of this blog is to discuss the need of exercise in each of the individual like you.

1. Improved lifestyle

Regular exercise means you are gifting yourself an active lifestyle. This enables you to plan your day and maintain self-organization. It’s important to recognize that engaging in random activities at random times for random durations won’t yield the same benefits as well-planned, organized activities.

Regular exercise not only helps you stay organized but also allows you to engage in a wider range of activities compared to someone who doesn’t exercise at all.

This organized way of living will give you more time for family, work, entertainment, and quality sleep!

2. Quality of sleep

Do you know the importance of sleep? I’m just listing some of the important factors about sleep:

  • Good sleep improves the brain performance
  • Help to maintain good mood
  • Major role in your health like improving metabolism, improving immunity, maintaining healthy weight etc.
  • Reduces stress
  • Maintaining blood sugar levels

The above list is incomplete as I’m keeping the entire blog shorter as much as I can and discuss important points.

So, now you understand that the importance of quality sleep. Now the question is how exercise can help here.

If you work out every day at a specific time, your body will naturally guide you to sleep after 13-15 hours. This is because your body has done significant work, burning energy, utilizing its muscles, and performing various tasks. Now, it requires time to repair and recover. For this, the body needs quality sleep. Therefore, engaging in daily exercise will undoubtedly contribute to a better and more restful sleep.

3. Improved metabolism

As a person challenges their body with strength training, cardio, calisthenics, and other activities, their body demands more macronutrients and micronutrients. This increased demand prompts the body to metabolize food more efficiently, ultimately leading to a higher-quality metabolism.

A quality metabolism not only gives you better recovery but also gives you better immunity and sleep.

4. Maintaining hormones

I trust you’re aware of the pivotal role hormones play in the human body. They influence your identity, shape, mood, muscle mass maintenance, and reproductive abilities, among other crucial functions. I intend to delve deeper into this topic in a separate blog.

At any age and regardless of gender, it’s crucial to understand the importance of maintaining the right hormone levels. For instance, for males, testosterone is essential for preserving muscle mass and a healthy sex drive. On the other hand, females rely on estrogen to maintain body shape and regulate their menstrual cycle.

So, if you have hormone issues exercise can help you!

5. Maintaining body weight

You already know about this point if you are planning to do some sort of exercise already. Keep in mind that exercise can be used not only to reduce the weight but also to gain or maintain the healthy weight.

Because maintaining the healthy weight give you lot of benefits like improving stamina, get rid from sickness or lifestyle diseases etc.

Summary
